OUR TRADE PROGRAM

Art Hide offers a 25% trade discount off MSRP across all ready-made and custom pieces.

Our pricing structure is simple and transparent - no tiered levels or hidden conditions. Whether you are specifying from our catalog or developing a fully bespoke design, your trade pricing remains consistent.

To request a quote, ask a question or place an order, simply fill out the inquiry form below and your trade rep will respond within 24 hours.

Customization is at the heart of Art Hide.

All catalog styles can be:

  • Custom sized
  • Custom colored
  • Reimagined to suit your project

We can also create rugs entirely from your own design.

In-House Color Matching & Development

We offer precise custom color creation, including:

  • Pantone matching
  • Fabric and material matching
  • Development of entirely new tones for your project

Our in-house textile designer oversees all color development to ensure depth, richness and consistency across each hide. If you are working to a specific scheme, simply provide your reference and we will develop the perfect match.

Our Collaborative Production Process

For bespoke projects, we work with you from start to finish:

  1. We present the selected hides before cutting begins.
  2. A 1/4 layout is created for your review and approval.
  3. Once greenlit, full production proceeds.
  4. Final quality control is completed by our in-house textile designer prior to dispatch.

This structured approval process ensures confidence at every stage - particularly for custom color and large-scale designs.

We understand that materiality matters.

Our sampling program allows you to experience texture, tone and craftsmanship firsthand before specifying.

Designers can order through the sample section of this website (we will issue designers a full refund for loaned samples). If you prefer samples to keep, please make a request to our team.

We offer:

  • Hide samples
  • Color matching guidance
  • Custom color development
  • Swatches to support client presentations

If you require something specific for a project, our team will work with you to source and prepare the appropriate materials.

To support your client presentations, we offer a rendering service for custom projects.

Provide your room dimensions or design concept, and our team can assist with visual layouts that demonstrate scale, proportion and pattern placement.

Our goal is to help you present with confidence.

Orders and quotes are managed directly through our trade portal or via email (hello@arthide.co).

To place an order:

  1. Complete Trade Request form on this portal or mail your request with product name, size and any customization details.
  2. We confirm any details, a quote and production timelines.
  3. Invoice is issued (if required)
  4. Production begins upon payment confirmation.

For custom projects, the collaborative approval process begins prior to production.

Orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.

We pride ourselves on efficiency without compromising craftsmanship.

  • Ready-Made or Custom Catalog styles: typically 4–6 weeks.
  • Fully bespoke designs: 6–8 weeks depending on scale and complexity.
  • Need it now? Art Hide can rush orders for you to arrive within two weeks. Just say the word!
