UK Plume Magazine interviews Art Hide

Popular UK digital magazine Plume has featured an interview with Art Hide in their current edition. Sisters behind the brand, Bree Hay Hendry and Kura Perkins, talk about their inspiration for a limited edition collection designed for UK lifestyle website, Joss and Main. In the interview, Art Hide talks about the importance of sustainability within its business. Kura Perkins, founder of Art Hide said, "All hides are non-exotic and are sourced as a natural by-product of the Argentinian, Brazilian and Italian meat industries. Our workers are paid fairly, our tanneries are non-toxic and recycle water - and we minimise our impact on the environment in every way. Most of the cheap cowhide on the market cannot say the same thing, unfortunately." If anyone missed out on the Joss and Main collection launch, it will become available on the Art Hide website during the month of March.
